Exactly! This is what is happening.
All these 4 are somebody's unneutered pets and they are roaming freely especially in the evening!
The owner will complain of the number of strays in their area but they do not realise that they are the cause of it! (Some of them are old now so neutering will not be safe for them now)
When the numbers increases they will be the one who will call the authority to catch them! Sick,sick sick....
